The 3rd St Budeaux Scout Group is part of Plymouth District which has 20 Scout Groups around the City of Plymouth. Most, like the 3rd St Budeaux, comprise Beaver Colonies for the 6 - 8 years old, Cub Packs for the 8 - 10 years age group and Scout Troops for the 10 - 14 year old young people.
After Scouts, the next section is the Explorers and they form a District Unit which meets in a variety of locations around the City on different night to suit the young people who attend. The organisation of Explorer Scouting is more flexible than the younger sections because we realize the pressures on this age group (exams etc.) and variety of interests they have.
